Overview
Ouzoud is Morocco's tallest waterfall — a roughly 110-metre tiered cascade in the Grand Atlas foothills, where the Berber village of Tanaghmeilt sits at the top and wild Barbary macaques live in the olive groves along the walking paths. This day trip is the greenest and least crowded of the Marrakech excursions: a guided walk down through the terraces to the pools at the base, with the option to take a small boat close to the main cascade for photos.

Depart Marrakech
Pickup and the drive north into the Grand Atlas foothills, arriving at Tanaghmeilt village.
Down to the Falls
Guided walk down the terraced paths past the olive groves — a good stretch for macaque sightings — to the pools at the base.
Falls & Optional Boat Ride
Free time by the water, with an optional boat ride close to the main cascade before the walk back up.
Return to Marrakech
